Job Description:
• Able to operate a variety of heavy equipment, including Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, and other small support equipment.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner (including conducting safety inspections & walk-around inspections) and follow all policies & procedures.
• Respond to all signals and directions from other staff members and work in coordination with team members.
• Clean and maintain all equipment including greasing and cleaning excavator tracks.
• Must perform other duties as assigned by the job site superintendent when not operating heavy equipment.

Job Description:
• Pour, grade, spread, and level concrete to create smooth finishes for surfaces including but not limited to sidewalks, curbs, wing walls, inlets, and stairs.
• Set forms and tie rebar.
• Apply curing or surface treatments to concrete.
• Operate small power tools and perform other general labor duties.
• The job requires the following motions: stretching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing. walking, standing, reaching, squatting, and possibly lifting up to 50lbs.
